RETURN POLICY
Inspection Period
The following items are not eligible for the 7-day inspection period as per the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind in Distance Selling Regulations":

Perishable or short-shelf-life products (those nearing expiration at the time of return/cancellation)

Customized products
-
Current newspapers, magazines, or periodicals

Opened audio-visual products, computer software, game point cards, or other point cards

Opened personal hygiene items
For all other items, you are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including weekends) starting from the date the product is delivered to you.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. You will need to provide the following information:

Reason for return and supporting photos
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Guidelines
Returned items must be unused and free of any damages or defects not caused by manufacturing issues. The 7-day inspection period under consumer protection laws is for you to assess the product's suitability, not for trial or usage purposes.
If explicitly instructed by our store, please ensure the product is returned with its complete original packaging (including outer packaging box). Failure to do so may result in rejection of the return request.
Exchange Guidelines
Exchanges are only available for items with defects or damages. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at wowoolsocks@gmail.com and ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following conditions are not eligible for returns:

Items exceeding the 7-day inspection period

Perishable or short-shelf-life products

Customized products
-
Current newspapers, magazines, or periodicals

Opened items or items with damage caused by human error (e.g., stains, faults, breakage, wear, scratches, or dirt)

Items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories

Excessive or malicious return behavior
Other non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
-
Downloadable software products
-
Certain health and personal care items (e.g., underwear, socks, padding, etc.)
Refund Policy
Refunds will only cover the purchase price of the returned items and will not include the original shipping fees or any additional service charges. The return shipping fee of NT$60 will be covered by Wowool.
If the total amount of the order falls below the free shipping threshold after the return (including full returns), the customer must bear the shipping fees for the original order (Convenience Store Pickup: NT$70; Home Delivery: NT$100). However, the return shipping fee of NT$60 will still be covered by Wowool. Shipping and handling fees for regions outside of Taiwan's main island (if applicable) will be calculated separately.
If a returned order included a free gift and the adjusted total after the return no longer meets the free gift eligibility, the gift must be returned in its original condition. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the gift's retail value from the refund.
Refund Method

For PayPal payments: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card account via PayPal after the return is confirmed.

For cash-on-delivery payments: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer after the return is confirmed.
